Aquino, De Lima Press House to Pass Stalled CADENA – Blockchain the Budget Transparency Bill

Sen. Bam Aquino and Rep. Leila de Lima have urged the House of Representatives to pass the CADENA Act to record national budget disbursements on a public blockchain ledger.
